Copying, sharing and confidentiality
You agree not to share, distribute or sell course recordings (either as video or audio), downloadable materials including digital resources, workbooks and class notes and any worksheets, slides or any other materials created by me. Likewise, any discussions that happen within the courses between members of courses and/or myself are confidential and not to be shared outside the group.
Refunds
Group course: The chilled investor (live version)
You may have all fees paid returned to you for the first 10 days following payment.
Following this initial 10-day period, cancellations of bookings will not be accepted unless we are able to fill the place from a waiting list. If you’re unable to complete the course at that time, you can fulfill your attendance on a later version of the course or a similar course if this course is no longer running.
In the case that the course has already begun, we are not obligated to offer refunds once one third (33.3%) of the course has been completed.
If you leave the course after this period, or fail to attend all or any part of the course, no refund will be made and we will retain 100% of the payment.
All other courses and digital products
You may request a no-questions-asked refund within 5 days of purchase or any self-study or hybrid course, including the Evergreen Chilled Investor course, UNLESS you have consumed one third or more of the content. In that case a partial refund minus payment processor fees will be given and you will no longer have access to any of the material. But we’d prefer it if you communicated why you’re not satisfied as we may be able to help! Please email if you would like a refund.
1-2-1 sessions
Refundable if you cancel 24 hours before the call. If you want to cancel within that 24 hours of the booked call time, I can offer a change of time but not a refund. Calls should be considered educational and as informative, NOT as financial or tax advice and I recommend seeking qualified professional advice if that is what you need.
1-2-1 package (Get your finances in shape in 2 easy stages)
You can get a full refund in the following case: You decide to cancel in the period leading up to the first 1-2-1 call and give 24 hours or more notice. OR If you are not satisified that I can help you after that first call, you may cancel and get a full refund for up to 48 hours after the call. If you have been granted access to any of my online courses or resources, that access will be revoked. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours before the call is scheduled, I will retain 1/3 of the package fee and refund the rest, or we can reschedule. Please try to give notice if you need to reschedule a call!
If you wish to cancel later in the package you can receive as a refund 1/3 of the full price if you have had 2 of the 3 1-2-1 calls and all access to courses will be revoked. There will be no refund if you have attended (or not shown up to) all three 1-2-1 calls but I will offer you a further call to resolve any outstanding issues or questions. In all cases, I’d really love to help resolve the problem so we can continue to work together!
